Teacher Development Courses for 2010We offer a wide variety of courses including separate Language and Methodology Refresher courses for those who teach Young Learners or Secondary/Adults students. There are also more specialised courses for teachers who want to gain expertise in a new area. Here is a sample timetable - to show how a typical week might look. All our courses run for 2 weeks starting at 09.00 on the first Monday of the course and finishing at 13.00 on the last Friday. All courses will run subject to a minimum number of 6 participants. Course fees are: European nationals: 1,660 euros. Rest of World: £1,310 GBP

Teacher development course timetable
Here is a typical week on one of Bell's teacher development courses. In addition to your chosen course lessons, you have the opportunity to attend a range of talks and workshops by trainers and plenary lectures by leading English language practitioners. Friday afternoons are free for you to explore Cambridge or go on on additional excursions.

Plenary Lectures
Learn from the expert - every Wednesday afternoon there will be a key lecture by a speaker or writer in the English teaching profession. Some of the well known speakers include: Jim Scrivener: Head of Teacher Development at Bell and well known author of more than 20 books including 'Learning Teaching' and 'Oxford Basics: Teaching Grammar'.
Campus conference
