  • Classic sights – Visit some of the most recognisable icons of the London skyline, including the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and St Paul’s cathedral.
  • Museums and galleries – Home to over 300 museums and galleries, London is famous for its fun, educational and world-leading collections. Top places to start your tour include the British Museum, National Gallery, Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Tate Modern.
  • Shopping, dining and entertainment – Covent Garden, Harrods, Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street and the famous West End are popular with first-time visitors to London, but with so many different choices for shopping, dining and entertainment, it won’t be long before you find favourites of your own. There are also many historic markets around the city – great for food, clothing and antiques.
  • Sport, parks and gardens – London’s has many large and beautiful parks, great for running, playing sport or just relaxing. If you prefer to watch sport, there’s a huge choice on offer including many world-famous football teams. Kew Gardens is another popular sight: established in 1759, it’s now home to more than 33,000 species of plants and trees.
